| Registered User | Computer case build (whole PC planned) Hey, here I am again. I've custom designed a case for a computer that is going to be great at cooling: ![]() I have the latest render so far here done in 3DS Max and Vray: ![]() I plan to get the inside cages done today and also get the back part way done. I then plan to place the best parts in there :D Plus, of course, build Logitech z5500 speakers, and a monitor and setup like that. Hope you like so far :) EDIT: The attached shot was the only latest render that was small enough and is just a front version of the one in the thread :)

| mrbunnylamakins | EEWWW Nice work but Not practicle.. They have liquid cooled processors with pump. They also have fans that you can place into empty bays fro hard drives/ Cd. Plus they make cases with doors on the front to cover the cd/ floppy drives... The inside door holds an sir filter. Cd drives love to suck dirt inside of them. Not good to stick CPU on floor. Idea to help you design. |

| Registered User | What?... Its not going to be liquid cooled, and its only a 3D model... Plus, theres windows on either side :p The one of it lying down, was just for testing of the reflections, etc. Its a tower case at heart. Plus, its my design. Whos they?...

| Registered User | Thanks, and the drawing is only a sketch up of a design. Wasn't meant to be proffessional or anything, haha. Just enough to know in my head what I'm doing basically, with no shading and what not. Plus, it was done at 3am in the morning :p This thread is only really about the 3D model, in which at the moment, the hard drive cage is being built and the back being built... I'm rather slow, as I render most of the time to test changes. I should stop.

| Registered User | Thanks :) Precise drawing wasn't really my aim, as I was just using them to design with, not model with.

| Registered User | This is a render I did while out, which took over an hour, but it looks pretty impressive. The back and insides are now underway, but these are renders before thats took place. The quality of the renders will probably stay the same now though: ![]()
