Well maybe next time. Great job all. Thank you for making this comp. come to life. I hope to make award pictures till end of this day. Who knows, how can we even give a reward with no picture?

Anyway, Mike what are the plans for the next comp?

this is why we have no time limits. people get busy and don't have time to post.

@ SDA
as far as another contest. we'll stick with what's up now. don't want to get out of hand with too many competitions going at once. if we need another we can brainstorm though. if so, we should think about it as well as possible and give it a theme that can continue year round. much like the Holiday one. the Abandoned Dwelling is fun but i don't see it living to long.
also we could think of maybe some miniTUSC's. one that we run for like a month for example.

hey Mike, January 2nd week, mostly 15th ov January(not sure),,,,is the Indian Kite Flying Festival, Sankranti.....jus to infrm ye, in case ye wanna hv a miniTUSC wid dat 1.... :)

n yea, i guess v shud hv certain limits fr each TUSC.....dnt continue Abandoned Dwelling fr long tym...keep changin, n yea fr convinience purposes, dnt keep more dan 2 TUSC's at a tym :)

i agree. the holiday one won't be going anywhere anytime soon. we have tons of holidays year round all over the world. so to have that and another one won't be bad. then maybe throw a mini in there once in a while. also i made a note of beginning of January as Sankranti. thanks shashanks18.

yea...."Holiday" can b re-termed as Festivals...n this 1 can b continued throut the year, whr v cn get entries on each fest......as fr Abandoned Dwelling, v cn keep it fr mayb a week or 2 more, n den chg it to a new theme....mayb, sumthin like, "War" or "Landscape", nething...

IDK, Mike has a point there... The holidays theme is one that should never end.

I had some speculations before but now I can tell some of them has come true. I suggest we close theme after there is no entrys for, let say 2 or 2,5 weeks? That is if there is no entrys for this time...

also, in the voting, wa tv cn do is....if into 2nd or 3rd week, whr v get only say, 1-2 new entries...den dose 1-2 entries will go on voting against the last week's winning entry(s)....thus the final award ov the challenge wud goto the final voting's winner....

the Abandoned Dwelling contest will give us a ideal on how long the contests will live for. that one is our trial. we should think more on the TUSC minis. if a contest runs for a while with only 1 or 2 participants may be something too. thanks for that. i got to go somewhere for the rest of today, so anymore ideals you have post them. we can sort through them when i return. later or tomorrow. thanks

1) Space Station Fictional (Orbital like) & only external modeling including planet & background.
2) Planetary Space Base Fictional & only external modeling including planet & background.
