my work going to be complete after it become complete do i put it there?

yes you can use any software you want as long as its not a peice of software that generates pre made models.

yes you probably should texture it but it will be judged on the wireframe and clay render because its a modeling competition.

yes when you are done you post it here when you done with a wireframe, clay render, and a texture image.

also as Bam said look at the rules and read them because most of this is explained in the rules.
