Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Look at this. Your first mistake. Wrong proportion!!! Your house much smaller than trees! Second, as i see, you didn't use HRDI for lighting or use wrong settings for hdr. Don't USE straight lines. Try to bend some deteils, for exapmple roof. Look at the my image (house), i din't use straight lines. all my surfase a little bit bending. Of course, you have wrong bump and diffuse map but it's not important it's a buisness of expiriance. Keep several importan ways. 1. right proportion 2. right lighting 3. right composition

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | ok so, u wrote u focus only on lightning and texturing, but important r every 3 parts. Modeling: nice detailed model with no textures sometimes looks better than with it. Try to model more details. Dont worry about using more seperate objects. For example roof. If u use 20-30 modeled boxes, it would be better. Next thing is, dont use bg picture everywhere. Model ground with some trees. texturing: Good texturing needs nice detailed model :). More bump, it wont looks so flat. lightning: I prefere HDRI maps with Vray light. It always looks cool. Keep going and trying. U r better every day :) Last edited by dhrogus; 12-18-2008 at 07:51 AM.. |
