Looks good, but something wrong with left hand; seems to be an old woman's hand.

looks gr8....but agree wid valahian......the orientation ov the hand looks wrong too, as if its sum1 else's hand....if its her own left hand, den the thumb shud b on the inner side.....the rest is gr8!!! especially the headband wid jewels, and her beautiful eyes, as she actually has!!!

well guys I work a lil bit on hand.. bt still it's not looking same as the reference image..

so now I'm sure it's not her hand

I'm agree wid everyone (3DM unit)

& one thing more dat I did this work with my microsoft mouse coz I dun have graphic teblet..

I think the lights in the picture are guilty for this. Your work is very good!

u r right yogesh...

...we r not here to prove something.....and I'hv also no pen tablet......I think pen tablet only accelerates the process of painting....and it helps us to optimize the time........but passion is the only fuel to make a good painting.

whatever it is......either by a graphic tablet or by a mouse.

your all works are really awesome

.....no doubt. keep it up friend......and just try ur level best.....when u r going to make a painting with a reference image.
