In this project , first i draw a sketch that t take about 2 hours.
Then i paint this with white & black color then colorized it.

for hair ,first i used softimage XSI and then with photshop comeleted this.

I really like her hair. In my opinion, I think u should move her chest a lil downwards, that'll more real. I think so
