Lightbulb Forum needs cleaning

I have a suggestion, and its a rather serious one at that.

Coming onto this site and looking around prooves to be a real nightmare. Now, I've been on here a bit now, but still, I'm struggling to know where everything is.

There are wayyy too many sections linking to threads, which are all too messy on the main page.

WIP's right down at the bottom for example.

What this needs is more of a tighter grouping, with Finished 3D artworks, WIP going together for example to make it more linked

Competitions should be then maybe below that, with news at the top.

It'd make alot more sense, and make the choice of going onto this site alot much easier.

Plus, I've noticed there are alot of sections that don't get much throughput. I believe this is also because of the layout.

Please Admins, make it easier for us to view. I'm sure other people feel the same way, even if they haven't mentioned anything.

Thanks for reading :)
Just trying to make things better is all :yaya:

Thanks for mentioning something. I'm guessing people aren't seeing this, again because of how its layed out.

Anyhow, another thing I noticed, in the W.I.P section, there are wayy to many sections also. Inorganic and Organic would do just fine.
3D Total has it arranaged like this, and no mistakes occur of where to put things.

This site could definietly learn a few tips and tricks from other forum related sites.
A nice whitish theme would look nicer too really.... (going to far).

Mainly, its the layout thats stopping viewing pleasure.

EDIT:

The beginners 3D thread also needs to go really. People who have JUST modelled a car for example and what not for the first time, are using this thread, when they should be using the Finished 3D thread, since they aren't beginners.

In that sense (and I believe it happens alot), its being misused, and why should beginners be left out anyway from the main site?

Yes, it may help their self esteem knowing that they won't get hit out at for it not being as good as a professional modeller, but people learn from past models.

In this sense, merging that thread with the other WIP when worked out, and the Final won't go amiss, and a simple start in the thread title of (Beginner) or somethng would be alot more acceptable.

Thanks for reading again :)
