A city done with 3DS max and render with vray. I have do a WIP (http://www.3dimensions.us/index.php?...=58&Itemid=121) for that city, you can look the different steps to reach the final image.

I have begun this image begin of september and work on it during my free time at the evening or night ;-)

For the Water it is an animated texture get form Combustion effect, for the fog it has been added in photoshop.

I will try to make an animation.

Thanks for the support, yes for the base of the town I have generated the basic poly with greeble the 3DS Max free plugin.
