Indeed, Vayersoft is a company and they often do complex projects in teams (the projects like this one: http://www.vayersoft.com/_img/vsn60001_a.jpg). Team work allows for more proper and complete results than freelance. However, I doubt if the above one was a creation of a team... the scale looks like one man's work..
