is it under water or is it snowing?

but agree it is a good mood in this render ;)

Hmm you know I did not take that into consideration. If it is snowing it is missing a few fragments of snow on the ground and the arms of the statue. and if it is raining it should have some details on the surface to indicate rain drop.
