This is a personal project finish now, before my son borne or after I will not have much time!
Crated in 3Dmax, render with Vray, and post work in Photoshop like color correction, shadows in the eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes, and some other touch ups!

Wow....

jaw dropper. Stryker better award this one. Could you put up a tutorial, or even just a quick list, of how you got those effect for the cloth, her skin, , her hair, and her eyes?

About the tutorial i dont have time to crete one, but you have severals to create human heads; i personally like these two:
3DTotal Tutorials
CGArena : Video Tutorial - Modeling Female Face

The skin textures i make in Photoshop using some references from pictures
Then in Photoshop i make finar retouch like the eyebrows, eyelashes (diferent size brushes and paints and some references from humans)
Also i had that white spots in the eyes and add some color corrections/Glow/filters/Blur/ to achieve the final image.
