Crated in 3Dmax, render with Vray, and post work in Photoshop like color correction, shadows in the eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes, and some other touch ups! About the tutorial i dont have time to crete one, but you have severals to create human heads; i personally like these two: 3DTotal Tutorials CGArena : Video Tutorial - Modeling Female Face The skin textures i make in Photoshop using some references from pictures Then in Photoshop i make finar retouch like the eyebrows, eyelashes (diferent size brushes and paints and some references from humans) Also i had that white spots in the eyes and add some color corrections/Glow/filters/Blur/ to achieve the final image.
