Nice.But there are some anatomical mistakes.
1. on the forehead between eyes... this little bump (or hill ro i don't know the word for it)... it should go first in, then out so it will make wrinkle, not only the bump.
2. on the neck there is a muscle you did wrong (or you ment it be like this)... so if you didn't you should do the muscle (musculus sternocleidomastoideus) from back of ear (little bone you can feel under ear behing jaw) to clavicle (it have joint in first third of its length)... this is the shape that shoul be visible on such tiny character.
3. one thing you forgot is the little "ball" in the corner of eyes... in our language it's called somthing like tears drainage (it's just my translation) without this you always get big hole between eyes and nose... but when there is dark like you made, there is no problem with it.
There could be probably som othe things, but don't want to dissapoint you with suc detailed critique... If i didn't already. Did I?

But anyway as whole picture its cool.
