i might gett the overal scene done but i will never gett all the details inn place and without them my scene will not have a chanse.

its a small room , bedroom plus living room and my desk in the corner. couldn't model all the stuff i have (its a mess anyway), not to mantion all the cosmetics my girlfriend has :). anyway its quite an authentic replica of my rent room.

modeling & texturing about 12 hours
rendering 30 min
3ds max 9+vray

Thnx the eye, no is not my room... my room is currently under construction so I made the room from my mind...but with the objects are from my real room ^^.

Here is mine nothing impressive and as stupid as i am i renderd 1 high quality render and yes.....i forgot to turn of the Depth of field!!!

so i have one with dof and one with low sampeling :P heh enjoy.

how do you guys manage to render so complex scenes without render issues?

i will work on My room so you might see it on the forum later on to :P

very nice details on the models. you went totaly nano dude, you even did the desk's standing system with screws and holes. thank god you didn't model the germs and the bacteriums :)). but you have a nice start. i guess you should focus more on the composition part. i know i do. then the details will come for themselvs.
