Rep Power: 4 ![]() | the 1st game level competition mission hey people for those of you that miss this thread here the concept of the 1st game level competition . doom shooter like game level design competition indoor level design of some kind of warehouses (with crates containers ledgers stairs etc) make it complex and interesting. for now we are tolking about one bulding but it can hv few floors. weapon and prop design.( health and ammunition units that will be spread all over the scene and the weapon seen by the hand of the hero) needed expertise -low poly modeling -basic concept design -basic path constrain animation of camera along path - lots of imagination -and some good friends ![]() ****************************************** who can participate 1 person - 3 person group ******************************************* submission for entering the competition will contain : 1/first concept design a map of the warehouse\s - this will start your work before all your a wip and progress is shown. this map is essential for entering the contest. 2/final submission * movie file showing the path of character in the level from first person view with weapon ahead. * info of application in use , if work in group group member and who did what * info of poly count for all scene * 2 images from level (with emmo and health menu = an option) like snapshot from running game *1 image of weapon 3/ voting voting will be via pole giving point 1-5 (5=best) for those categories: complexity, Graphics design of Environment , weapon and prop design , polygon count.
