Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Ghost City: Tech2040 Hello All, Been working up the nerve to try a competition for a while... I have a good feeling about this one. Good luck everyone! Any way... It's been a year since the accident in City-7. Anyone who went to the evacuation centers is long dead (I'll explain later). Most of the survivors are huddled in subway stations like this one. The bigger problem is what’s in the subway with them. City-7 was constructed using poly-organic structures. A little over 30% of the city is organic. When the main reactor lost containment, the first thing exposed to the radioactive plasma was the network of organic capacitors throughout the city. The capacitors are now mutated masses of highly radioactive protein that is still somehow alive and growing throughout the city. Survivors huddled in the dark cramped (sealed off) subway have to contend with the severe the lack of food & water as well as constant exposure to radiation that will either horribly disfigure or kill. Not to mention the carnivorous biomass. |
