Well exually it does not really matter how long you do it.
it matters how you do it.

For example:
There are people who are doing a school for it i didn't and work for EA games orlando
I life in the netherlands BTW.

The guys who are doing the game school doing it becuase they think its cool to make such of things, but they are missing the feeling and they don't have the tutch for it.
Most of the offcource not all of them.

The real designers are doing one other school becuase they are designing.

Designing is something u have and not really can create.
Some people just cant sketch but they are bether in other things (As the world turns)
