May it be a Archangel, demonlord, hellhound or another heavenly creature. Give your imagination the lead! The only thing your limited to is the Polycount at max 2500. Time doesn't matter. Count me in because A&D was one of my favorites in past few weeks and i spend lots of my time figuring out how to work on such a Models . and now its great to have this competition. i have a Question1 Can we use Normal Maps on our low poly Chracter ? ![]() 2 What is the criteria of Judging the winners ? ![]() 3 How important is the lighting ? ![]() |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Hey wingman, good to see you're in!! I came up with this challenge while staring at the scene modeling challenge "gates of hell". your answers: 1. Yes you can use normal maps. just like in-game. 2. for the criteria read the rules Here 3. lighting doesn't count for judging. It's about your model, however with normal mapping on your model it can look better if you have good lighting on it.

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Sorry if it wasn't clear, but i think your low-poly has a meshsmooth modifier on it. What we want to see here is the actual low-poly with the 2309 poly's you've made without the meshsmooth. Looks great though :D
