Rep Power: 0  | Dr. House Hi Everyone! I'm learning to draw. This is my first try. (I have saw some very talented artist to paint from a picture, so I have decided to try it, too.) Before I started, I practice some "see, trace and draw". To sketch the original image, i used some grid to "slice" the picture into smaller parts. Smaller parts are easier to trace. After that the rough shading was relativly fast - for me. (2-3 hours) Then the colors... I skipped some weeks. A suggestion: don't be afraid from something (like I was from the colorising), just do it! Then yesterday, I have started to colorize the picture. Not so good, but promising for the first try. :) |

I am not sure if it's just my imagination but the eye seem to be a bit de-synchronized - as if each were looking in a slightly different directions. These are some details.
