Parameter Editor/Reaction Manager serious problem!!

I’m an active member in 3Dm3.com............from a long time.
From last one month I face a serious problem regarding Reaction manager and parameter editor in 3Ds Max2009.Briefly I’m describing the problem…
I created simple fingers structure with bones and created a circle for controller. Then apply Attribute Editor and then created custom attribute for controlling the each finger. Then assign the parameter values with the help of reaction manager.......everything were ok!
All fingers were controlled with my custom parameter.
But after save the file when I reopened the file......................all parameters were deleted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fingers were not controlled!!
But when I close the max and again start that file everything was ok!!!
But again I reset the file and open the file from open recent option ..............................all parameters were again deleted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fingers were not controlled!!

Please tell me what is the reason??
It’s a serious problem!!
I checked the same process in Max9.....there was no problem................
I am using 3Ds max software from 3Ds MAx4.....

So I’m waiting for your positive response.
