The Lost World: two civilisations!!

Happy new year for evry one...

this is my first work and i wish evry one like it ..
it,s for the lost world challenge (2d) ,my idea about two lifes ..up in island..down in the sea. in fact this is n,t island ! . this is a octopus,s head but it,s like island for us :mad14: ...what am i traying to say??

i mean there is civilisation in this island & it,s will be lost in this storm by high waves & it will become 'dead' civilisation :cry: .

but under the sea it,s deffrant.. :huh: ,cause we will see deffrant citys around this gaint octopus :bounce4: .
you see :pilot: my idea about two civilisations . up will be lost worled (dead) ..

down it,s anther civilisation with many citys in the sea (life) ....

will that all for now ...

I like very much your idea but it's very hard to realize in a perfect way.
I believe you have to review the mattepainting down the level of water. I don't like the cities! :)

I record a tutorial of a scene that was of a shark half off the water half inside the water, quite a nice example perhaps to pilish that mixing point in your propusal, I believe that article was at www.cgnetworks.com, if its ok to post the link.
perhaps trying some sort of under sea life civilization?

hi daizer, i like your idea of co-exist of two civilisation, this remind me of the giant turtle carrying the earth on it's back.

but i can see you are still trying to getting these two blended together to form a "lost world", this is the difficult part, is it. dun stop, keep going, hope to see more of your "lost world" , cheer ! :) :bouncy:
