:(...i thought that the ships will give some movement and action to the environment...maybe u're right, but also i want to make some action in it. some ideas? :D

Here is my final submission.
It was a great challenge. Hope more are coming!

Techniques used: image manipulation and digitally hand painted.

you really did it like dylan cole would do it or even better :)
i hope you win this one...although i think there's much stronger competition in 2d than in 3d Lost Worl challenge.

i think u should paint the images in a 2d software on ur own...it looks some what artificial

I must admit i open your thread few times a day just to see it :) someone said that aircrafts distract him, but i can get enough of them...fantastic idea about them...they're really beautifull..who would suppose this small boat form reference picture could turn out so well...and motion blur is just as it should be...again, beautiful :)
