Sure, I have atleast 2-3 concepts in my mind, i'll try to post a sketch within some hours along with a story, I wanted to first research into my project then start drawing, i'll post some sketches :)

Well, I dint really get much time at the office to sketch so I painted this in Photoshop and illustrator instead. concept below -


Welcome to Everland
The city of dreams, of luxurious beauty and serenity, the place where people live in freedom and peace , this is the dream city that most people think of in their dreams, the place where hopes are born and nourished, This is Everland.

Why did I named it Everland?
Well, the whole idea is that, This city that we always kept thinking of making in future that will be called the 'Perfect City', was always there in between the world we live upon now! its just that we never discovered it!
we merely think of it as a creative thought but never initiated any step to create such a thing, we never thought of living without war or advanced weaponry or vastly destructive thoughts, By thinking anxiously about the present we forgot the future, such that we live neither in present nor in future, we never used our technology in the perfect way, we never made it towards what could we have done best till now! (You will see this as I further Improve)

Why is it the 'Lost World' ?
The whole idea says that This 'different world' was always there, its just that we never realised or discovered it, it has lost its identity, its existance, it was completly wiped out of our lives because we were so busy creating new architecture or new ways to capture other nations or how to make more money, This world is lost forever in its existance, even before its creation, so its lost FOREVER.

Whats Different here?
The poeple that live here are away from the clutches of slavery or labour, the culture or cummunity is away from the evils of Capitalism or Communalism, Poeple here do not have hate or jealous in their heart, they love and they are affectionate, they have sympathy for the hurt, they live their life normally but they do not devise Evil plans, they live in a world free from any ruler or government, they rule the city, which makes them different from our current world, thats why this city has lost its existance in itself.

About the City -Well, as I said, in our world, we never used our technology right way, for more humanity related issues, This city will be way too technologically advanced, but again what differs is that they have built it only once and from that day it has remained as it always was and maintained, there was no Race for technology to develop new, because we reached the maximum the technology has to offer and we go on to live natural life. The city is complete in itself, with Large, Beautiful but Greenier Sky-Scrapers, devices to aid in daily activities, a kind of artificial sea too, lots of greenry and much much more. Its even bigger than one can even think of so just wait and watch.

Some Technical Details -
This is just a rough sketch, The city will be a LOT bigger, with more buildings and I will try a bit of fantasy to it if the concept allows, Will have to model large structures, then many low-poly animatable character models coz i want to show large number of poeple, the pathways and many things I have not even thought of as yet.
You would notice in the sketch that behind this city you can see some buildings in the background, that is the current world we live in. I am going to depict that as well, Have to develop this more, so I have to do a lot of modelling.
