I have 2 ideas.
the first idea is devoted a city R’lyeh, Cthulhu sleeps in which,
the second idea is the forgotten station-city in space. but the first
idea likes me anymore

so, will begin, perhaps, from the tomb of Cthulhu .
a tomb of Cthulhu will be the central figure of the town of dead planning.
city dead I plan to dispose in a submarine valley.

I thought long, how to represent a tomb. it will be monstrous sizes paw, in the center of which there will be the included in a tomb. weigh a city will be studded the lost ships.
I am sorry for quality of picture, I am a not large specialist in area of drawing.

the first picture - there will be something like a statue, the second picture - a temple
