You can use photo as for texturing but NOT for background.

yes but in small correction not as like mattepainting.

So I need to create the sky and the clouds? (is it counted as photo, or its materials/texture?) I saw the inspiration images and I found that some of them use it as background too (so that is not the example of entries, just the inspiration for us?) So the images just for texturing and cannot even be used for 'texturing' the sky?

Another question is, can I use blur and create 'fog' in some part of the scene by using photoshop?

Yet another question, how do I know the lighting is same as yours? As I know, people always say that my monitor is too dark, but its not for me. So, will it be better if I put my gamma and other monitor settings so that people won't see an overbright scene?
