hello guys,i have a major problem.i have to complete a project but 3ds max cant open the project.it shows the error and it shuts down.can anyone suggest me what should be the problem?my system configuration is INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7300 2.66GHz, 2GB OF RAM ,N VIDIA 500 GRAPHIC CARD.can anyone pls suggest me what to do now?u must have to complete this project.

I am supposing there isn't anything wrong with the system!?
If not, Max is corrupted and you will need to reinstall it. Try that and if it still makes problems report here.

RAM...ger higher RAM....also, wats yer processor??? fr workin on huge projects, ye need good RAM n processor...

WHats the error youre getting? Is this something you created or something some one gave you to work on? Are you able to open the program by itself without opening a project? Maybe a version issue?

Uninstall and erase all the registry data and install it again. Hope this will help.

Try to clean your registry first. There might be an error there...

2 GB RAM is small, and RAM is cheap. Get more RAM sound good.
Will the project open on another computer, like at a college or collegue?
