blueprints questions please

i have got a blueprint that i want to design but i dont know what size or height to crop it to and i dont know how to place the blueprints in place what depth or anything could somebody please help me out on this one it would be very grapefull thankyou i hope i have made the question understandable

the reason i am asking for blueprint adive is cause i dont know how to do it for one and also i have just left school and it is my life to be creating 3d graphics i know that is a wish for everybody but i am willing to learn and give all my time up so that i can creat these graphics

my uncle has just recently just been hosting a tutorial in the web design magazine for vector graphics in swish max and my uncle would like to do web design in the future
