Sounds cool, but I think it takes to long time. Why we don,t do something like speed modeling challenge, week after week, and always something new.

For example, this week a Clock, and then a watch, and so go on.....

Just a idea. Probably this was not the question.

how about a competition of some kind of building? like a dream house or something?

Idea:

Orgs gives to competitors nice, shiny model of a car (like this excellent SLR Mclaren up there, or smth.. :)

Then, competitors must make the biggest wreck of it they can (texturing, deforming, additional modelling, environment/situation setup if needed, etc)

Sounds easier, than it actually is, imho.. AND FUN :)
