I suggest the follow challenge:

3DM3 Illustration

This challenge runs for seven days. Everybody have five days to work on your own illustration.

The sixth day is the Voting Day when each one must vote in three different entries. But in case there aren't three or more entries in this day, it's possible to vote more one time in the same entry and/or to vote in yourself.

All competitors must vote in order to take part of the judgment and all 3dm3 members also can vote.

The models must be shows in the follow way:

Wire


Clay


Textured


Extra reference images and concept arts are aptionals. The most important for the voting is the final result(textured render). Without pos because this is a 3d illustration challenge.

In seventh day the forum leader to give the award to the guy who received the biggest number of vote. But he(the forum leader) also has the power to choose other winner according to your judgment. Included in cases of tie or others situations not describe here.

Apart from receive this award,



the winner must recommend the next competition (with the forum leader approval). If there aren't entries in this new competition that was the winner choice, then he lost the award received in the last challenge. So anyone can protest against the voting. And then the forum leader or the last winner must recommend the new competition.

I mean "shaded". This is a combination of the basic material of an object and any textures that are applied to it.

Materials = color, transparency, and shine.
Textures = more complex color, transparency, shine, surface relief, reflection, or atmosphere.

You know...

The main purpose is in interaction. If you can "choose" the winner and/or the competition (with a picture like Speed Modeling Challenge), you will be a member more active.

I am available to new suggestions about my suggestion.
Something like to change the name of this challenge, or to change the award look, or anything else like to exclude this thread! :)
