how about a suit of armour?
past, present or future. i was thinking up to 8 hours maybe, must include leg and chest parts at least.
possibly supply a basic human body model both male and female for competitors to download and use a a template to work around. i know something like this would help me learn more about modeling anatomy and human bodies and I'm sure it would help some of the newer people get to grips with basic human shape and size etc.

as an after thought people could use the biped in 3dsmax but then that would limit the software people might want to use.

Make something that gives you a holiday feeling
max 4 hours. You can make anything from a beach ball to a ancient castle :)

Not an idea but,

what happened to the contest this week. I had off all week and was looking forward to making a really interesting model. Oh well.

Not sure if it was done yet, but guitars come in all shapes and sizes and that could be a good one. Maybe 3-4hours.

Or even a drum kit. Same time.

Hey guys how about fish?

Those are easy to make and there are various types of fishes so you can chose.

PS: The aquarium fishes are most beautiful, so I suggest we do them.

Hmmm... I have great idea. How about something simple, yet challenging.
I was thinking something with a lots of buttons, like calculator or cordless phone or something like that.
