Here is my suggestion, posted in employers forum, but that one nobody reads.

Hello all You amazingly skilled artists on this forum,
I am impressed, deep impressed since I left this kind of art for few years and when new project urges me to search for CG art, look where the world moved in mean time.
For my huge project I am searching for female lead character and two support characters. Lead character have strict rules, support characters will be chosen from those most liked (by me).

Requirements lead character:
blonde female with hairs to shoulders, rather roundy, cute face. She is supposed to be "best of its kind" and look, face, body should follow that. Very important is that it is near photo quality. So something which looks like real human is prefered over anime/fantasy style.

Requirements support characters:
congenial female

I will not disclose the project, before end of the competition.

Please do not expect to make a fortune on it, but for the winner and second and third place should have guaranteed reasonable income for continuous support of the character.

Rules:
1) You must nowhere publish face of the character or character/model it self, except small 400pixels biggest side previews here. You can reuse some of your work of course, modify it to be different from anything you published.
Simple, it is needed to keep the model as much as possible in privacy. Publish one or few renders of the model, where face and body will be visible, wireframe render is also helpfull as supplement.

2) It must be full body 3D model, publish only dressed pictures please. It will be needed to animate the object and in future realtime render it in engine, however for now static model is fine (just not photoshopped, only render).

3) all places can be won by one person

4) You will need to send the 3D model to me if you will get the contract. All the rights stays yours, but in case that you will not want to continue on the project, somebody must be able to do so.

Winners will get:

1) exclusive contract for (project) lifetime (Face of the project+two support characters)
2) income for every modification, features made on object
3) unlimited webspace and online support for your development related to project
4) You can write your demands prior signing the contract of course

I think it Would be nice to make a Skate Park and it aint that Hard to Make so beginners can also join the competition. =)

just a suggestion..
why not do a theme of a movie of something?a scene maybe..so that more ideas and modelling are not limited to one object..
example:
speed modelling on '300' movie

scenes sound cool, i can do those lol

Scenes are much better than just objects but than speed modeling would nod be speed any more ;)
We have BIG competitions for such cases. And one of them will start soon.
