I don't think that's necessarily true, Mike, you have to learn somehow. I'm sure any one of us would be more than happy to help in any way we can. Besides, these competitions are great excuses to just get stuff done. I have like 5 new pieces because of speed modeling sites. Let's see what you can do

My 2nd Entry...

hehehe.....this is the "Yucky" idea dat i promised while postin ma 1st entry

this is a concept coffee maker......the 6 buttons on 1 side ov the tank have the options to choose different coffee types n all.....as ye press those buttons, it all gets collectd in the smaller tank attached jus below the bigger tank.....wen ye press the "flush" lever, it rushes into the....(LOL)...pot, and churns up nicely, mixes up all the ingredients, no use fr the spoon later on

and aftr mixin inside it for a while, rushes thru the tap below, n pours coffee into the glass...

...LOL, sorry fr the "Stinky" Concept!!!! hahaha

Software used: 3D max 9
Modelling time: 1hr 45mins
Texturing time: null....i tried wid textures, but ws nt lookin good actually...
rendering time: 1min 23secs (each)

Hmmm. Wow now that is yucky, but it is very inovative, great job.

Yet I like it from the artist side of view, but I would never use it in real life, lol.

Nice model where did you get the idea?

@Superwow. You will also need a clay and a wire image to finish the entry.

@Shashanks18. Haha heh yeah, but it is good model now, but even better concept. Be sure to put this model textured and any other good models you have in the album in you portfolio, because you can then give some1 the address to your portfolio and show people what you make. Now that is great marketing. Cheers

PS: Your portfolio address would be: Community for CG Artists - View Profile: shashanks18

@Superwow

a coffee maker is a appliance that makes liquid coffee from coffee beans that are ground down to a powder. some do grind also.
