Wow. . thanks Perfect-o. That video would be much appreciated. I have a hard time modeling hard surfaces as opposed to organic/soft surfaces. That info will help me out a lot.

someone offered to buy my 3d model from this contest via a private message. does that happen? how much do you charge for a speed model? i mean it's just a chainsaw and not really a good one. he gave me a cell# to contact him as well as his website.

Selling models?

Hmm, someone wants to buy your model, what to do? Heck yah I'd sell it, that's the idea. I've made some things I thought weren't very good, and it just what people wanted. Go for it, and congrats. I thought you did a great job on it.

ya i was new to the modeling thing. not that i'm not new now. i knew not what to do. now that i got a whole 7 months or so experience, lol, i know now to sell, sell, sell. lol.

hahaha, hey try 3DM3's 3Dexport website, many ppl includin our sri lankan frnd Rashiga sells models at costs ov nearly 80-90$ per model ....according to Indian money dats 3200-3600 Rupees, which is quite fine for 1 model :P

lol. i'm not pushing to sell my stuff yet. 7 months experience with no school, my models are sub par at best. i need to learn more before i start to advertise stuff. in the mean time if someone happens to like something and makes a offer, heck ya i'd take it. lol

hahahaha....well, nt cars n characters though, but prop modelling n world modelling, i find quite easy, jus playin around wid basic shapes n thru vertices n polygons, turnin dem into n art.. ;)
