| Registered User | anyone know a good simple fur tutorial for 3ds max 9? i need it for a brush. Ill post my entry anyway. Btw this is the first model iv made in a long time so bit rusty. | Hallowed Devil | hey i'm new to this site, n just after joinin today, i thought of taking part in this competition.... well, i'm just learning 3Dmax, so my work is ofcourse no comparision to all u awesome artists, but still.....mine's a traditional razor with changeable blade and a screw closing lid.... Time taken to model: 30mins Software used: 3Ds Max 9 |

| Registered User | welcome shashanks. Pretty good model you got one thing i suggest to get a better render do this. 1)Place a skylight above your model 2)press F10 and go to advanced lighting tab. 3)select light tracer on the drop down menu you get a better render then |
