Subject: Saxophone

Description: From Good old classic saxophones to futuristic ones are welcome!

Modeling Time: 3 hours
Start: Monday, 5th April at 12:00 am GMT
End: Sunday, 11th May at 12:00 pm GMT

wow i dint know. how can you see the diffrence between a sax and a trumpet?...only difrence i can see is the arc shape the sax have ^^

that's a type of sax conjugate with trumpet

has anyone else tried to actually make a classic saxophone and realized out stupidly hard it is especially in 3 hours?

i just gave up

I agree. It is a little too much to do in the 3hrs. but at least vdrohe got it done within the time, with a nice model too.

the clue is to not think to detaild. only make the main shape and add the characteristic shapes for the sax.

Modeling : 42 min Approximate
Texturing : 09 min Approximate
rendering : 16min 07s (2m 27.0s+13m 40.0s)
Used software : 3ds max 10, phtosho 10
