Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Here is my first entry. I always think of a corncob pipe when I think pipe, so that's what I went with. It was a VERY fast model for me since I didnt have alot of time to give to this project. Hope you like it. Model time: 17 mins Software: 3ds max 2008 Render time: 1 min 45 sec

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | My entry I've done my entry already lol, enthusiastic... time in min:sec (i used a stopwatch ;) Time to Model: 8:46 (yes thats 8 minutes...) Time to Texture: 3:57 Time to Render: damn, i lost the time, can i be forgiven? i think it was around 6 minutes though. Sorry, the clay and wire took 00:20. Software: 3Ds Max 2009 It was built from a simple cylinder with 14 segments then i used soft selection to rough the general shape of the mouth piece (is that what its called?) i then used bevel on the end polygon with height 10 and outline 2 about 5 times to get the head part. There is room for a lot of tobacco in there, i'm no expert on pipes ![]() Laybob Last edited by Laybob; 04-16-2008 at 03:05 PM.. Reason: I wanted to include a quick overview ;) |
