software :3ds max(no extra's).
time :15min(Normally 7 min my bad).
texturing : No (Not in Compo rules).
Materials : No (Not in Compo rules).
render(T) :3 sec.
New : Made a nice new wireframe methode.
GC : Yes (has to be next gen).
CG : No (In that case iy can have more detail).

Information:
This watermill is a remake of a real watermill that i'd find on Google.
I left some small scretches on the roof and some not streaght extrudes on the top of the roof to give it some more oldnes.
Its my plan to texture the mesh in a later staduim so i can use it in one of our games.

Debug:
The mesh contains some unnececary polygons.
Thet can be taking away in my debug time.
Still the count of polygons isn't to bad.
Alltought normally i make buildings from polygons in between
100 and 1000.
Like the buildings for C&CGenerals(very lowpoly but hight res textures)

Mesh information can be find in the wireframe shot.
Hope you like it.

PS nice and fun challange hope u make some nice stuff all
