Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Yes it could be a spray "can" I think but there is a difference in a spray can and spray BOTTLE. those models are spray bottles and not spray cans or aerosol cans. They do not use air compression instead they use a mechanical suction. They are two completely different things. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Sorry for the confusion. When I said Aerosol or spray can I did mean a compressed air powered type of can similar to the picture in the first post. I'm sorry to say the plastic pump action bottles do not count. I will be more specific with the challenge topic in the future. Very nice models everyone. |

| Registered User | Hey guys. I haven't been around here for a while, so i decided that I wanted to check in, to see what's been up! ![]() And so i thought; why not leave an entry, since I'm in the forums again anyway! Modeling time: about 1 hr. Render time: the same as above Like Minimus said earlier: this isn't the most difficult topic, so I spent a little ekstra time on the texture of the can. |

| Registered User | Thanks alot Minimus! ![]() Yeah, I didn't actually use any smoothing at all. I modelled the can using Lathe and I put the segments settings pretty high, cause I wanted a high detail model. I think that the reason why it looks so crazy, is because I forgot to adjust the wire thickness to a lower number. So in the areas where it looks like there's tons of lines close together, it's really just because they're blending into eachother because they are so thick. |
