| Using Bevel with round letters Hi, well I'm kind of new in maya, and my new task is to modeling Letters, and until know I had no trouble with the Bevel option for the edges of the letters, just when I want to use it with round letters or letters with a hole in it (like O A P), it doesn;t work, coz when I click: Bevel it closes the hole, What can I do? I'm really desperate right now, I know is a stupid question but can someone help me pleeeease? I select the edges of the letter then go to Edit Mesh and Bevel OffsetType: Fractional Offset space: World Width 0.0003 Segments 4 Roundness.5 THANX! |

Rep Power: 10  | Heya, Are you selecting the outer part of the letter and then the inner part? ie..to get the P to work, you would select the P first and then shift select the inner piece of the P and then bevel it with bevel plus... That should create the P correctly... Mills
