Targa & After Effects

hey,plz tell me when i render some file in targa format & then import sequence in A.E i get my footage with alpha but there is some change in color with compare to original.
so how to import targa without any change in color and also preserve alpha .

I usually make render in TIFF format. It give better result. Try, might it help you.
