Problem with rig!?

Hello all!
I'm trying to solve a problem with the rig I made to a character...
It works fine when he is in his initial position ( I can rotate the arms, the head, etc without any problem), but when I move or rotate the world controler, the mesh snaps back to the bind position, which means, the arms open.
Have anyone got trought this problem and can help me solve the problem??
Tk you very much in advance

Andre :)

Hi, how are you doing??

So... let me see if i got it... when moving bones is OK, but when you move the root join, or rotate it gets back to the bind pose?

Well, its kinda odd... i would say, first check if all the bones are at "0,0,0"
and then set a initial keyframe ('S' in keyboard)...

If that doesnt help tell me so i can get deeper in to it.

Ps: Brazilian?
