Hi everybody, normally we see the improvements of the new version by searching it up, but sometimes we just cant get it all...
So, to get the most of the new version and its improvements I recomend all to take a look at the site:
Autodesk - Autodesk Maya - Maya 2008 Features
it has 7 videos, that can be downloaded to your computer, with information about modeling, nCloth, rigging workflow and nice tips on rendering (helping with mentalray's render and some useful shaders)
For those who just got maya 2008 or couldn't see all the diference that was made I highly recommend some attention.
That's it... it takes some time to view all the video demonstrations, but for me it wasnt a time lost.
