Rep Power: 0 ![]() | MEL Scripting Planet Builder Hey there all! I have used your site as a resource for a long time, but this is my first post. I have a bit of a problem. I need to make a script to create simple planets with citys on their surface. Now I am a complete noob when it comes to scripting. I really can't do much of anything, but I can think of how this would logically progress. First I would create a sphere on the origin point of some size Then I would create a number of boxes, also on the origin point From here I would scale the boxes height so that they pushed out of the sphere Then I would rotate them randomly. It should create something like this. ![]() I was hoping someone could walk me through a script of this nature and to help me understand the lines. I would really appreciate any help. |
