Rep Power: 0    |  Maya help, quick please someone help me i'm going through the simple tutorials that come with maya trying to get a grasp on it, and when i do the alpha gain to make the image plane more transparent it doesn't work…  |

Rep Power: 4  | I've never made image planes, it is not effective. Usually i create a two/three NURBS planes with texture images. It's more easy than use image planes. Your trouble may be when your video adapter is wise.

Rep Power: 3 | well you should do as Dr. D says but then im modeling i never use transparency.plus you should turn of the cameras in persp turning blueprints off you can easily see your model much better :) . |
