Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Help!! i,m using maya 6 and maya softwar rendering with raytracing on BUT the reflecktion of the bolls cant reflect reflectsons how to fix this problem... Please help

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | If you are using Maya, look for the number of reflections you have.. it is probably set at 1... You will want it to be atleast 2 if not 3 or 4. I believe the setting is in your Render Globals under raytrace. Werd. East. Last edited by Easthali; 12-16-2004 at 06:04 PM.. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hmm... You shouldnt have to use Mental Ray.. Raytracing should allow you to have multiple reflections. I haven't done much rendering lately, so I'm a bit out of the loop... Try the refraction number in the Globals.... East. |
