Emitter - Poly surface

How to connect existing emitter to poly surface, so they can move together.

Hi again man, what up??

so, you could try this one: select the geometry, than shift select the emiter... If you want to the emiter move with the geometry, but at relative positioning than hit "p" (is parent constraint) if you want the emiter to be at the pivot of the object and move with it, always in the pivot than you should select the point contraint...
those can be found in animation tab (F2) at constrain.
if you want to remove the constrain open the outliner (at window), select the emiter and delete the constrain...

so, tell me if it's working!

Ok, lets try something else too, but the result is the same as point constrain... its good to know...

Go to: Window -> Genereal Editors -> Connectin Editor

select the geometry, the poly surface, and hit "reload left" (upper left of the window), then select the particle and hit "reload right".

OK, now you have the objects, so what is left to do is connecting them... so, LMB (just once) click on the translate of the poly object and then LMB click on the translate parameter of the emiter (just once too) and there you go, there is a connection

=)
