    sure atul.....well check out yer forums, thr's a section calld "Small Competitions". These competitions do not hv any cash or prize relatd rewards, but ovcourse, v get to learn alot, as well as its huge fun. Ye get n award icon below yer profile name in the forum as well as the icons get added on yer profile page. eg. chek my profile, i've won 2. currently thr r 2 competitions going on.

    1 ov 'em is the Scene Modelling challenge, dat goes fr 2 weeks, no tmie limit, no poly limit, nuthin, jus hardocre best work ye cn do. This tym's theme is "Subway stn". so model, texture n lite a subway. unfortunately ye hv jus 2-3 days to do dat coz its bout to end tis week. nxt challenge is mostly frm nxt week. so keep yerself updated thru the forums. or evn try enter Subway challenge if ye cn make sumthin real fast :)......The award system fr tis is left fr the forum's moderator, in this case, a guy calld "Dyablo"

    2nd challenge goin on rite nw is a newly startd The Ultimate Skill Challenge(TUSC). This challenge has 1 never ending theme, "Abandoned Dwelling". so ye cn enter it wenevr ye want. its weekly entries go on poll every weekend n a weekly winner is chosen. This same competition has anothr theme, which will mostly keep changing fr tym to tym. Tsi tym's theme is "Holiday" as in Christmas, Diwali...watevr festivals. it has the same voting style...ye cn enter any theme or evn both.

    den the most common challenge is the weekly Beginners' Speed Modelling Challenge, which is fr making props. the forum moderator, "Raider" gives the week's theme n a tym limit. eg. the last week's theme ws "Typewriter" which had to modelld in 2hrs, no limit fr textures n all, jus modelling tym countd. well, ye cn always post yer artwork wid a false tym limit, dat is if ye cmplt yer model in 3hrs, post it sayin ye did it in jus 1-2hrs....but den ye'll b foolin yerself rite?? Tis competition has 2 awards, Best Traditional Model, fr modelling n existing prop, n Best Concept Model fr imagining n modelling stuff outta yer own head. It generally goes on every week, but sumtyms, lyk tis week, Raider's nt free so, ye hv to wait fr the nxt week.

    Hi!
    - normal mapping - create a bump illusion by means red and blue drop. It's effect use in Game development very often. You can learn more about normal mapping if you look gnomonology tutorial "Create normal mapping in ZBrush".
    Are you understand that highpoly model consist a lot of polygon, it's not good. But there is solution! You create a lowpoly, after that yopu create hifh poly (for instanse in Zbrush), in Zbrush (if you've created model in Zbrush) you create a normal map.
    Attach new normal map on your model and you have a highpoly illusion. Also you can create a normal map by plugin for Photoshop (Photoshop_Plugins_8.23.1101.1715._nvidia_normal_m ap) I can send this plugin on your e-mail. What is your e-mail?

    Unfortunatly i have a very dark monitor. But i see, you've never used normal mapping. Why? Without normal map you'll can't make a good paying project.
