Unfortunatly, i don't know HDR settings for 3dsMax. I work with Maya :) Look in Internet, i'm sure, you'll find tutorial.

hey, yer new artwork's good, dude....jus try to make it bigger nxt time.....ye knw, i use a trick since sumtime nw, to make BG's....i make a biped stand in the viewport, n den accordingly increase or decrease the ht, lngth n width ov the BG....biped represents n average human fr me in the viewport, wid which i cn measure stuff, eg. : if its stretch its hand strt up, den wat ht the ceiling shud b, n stuff like dat :)
