Nice render, it has a painterly feel to it!
The leaves were a nice touch, although I would opt for a less uniform spread of them maybe make the larger concentration to the Screen-right hinting the tree is off in that direction seen as you have some greenery on your image there.
Also the door seems not to have as much detail as the rest of the objects do in it texture.
But good render and nice warm lighting to! |
