| What I've seen done in the past is people create the video at 2x speed, find a mediaplayer that allows you to playback a video at say 50% speed. This way the 2x speed of the video is actually reduced 50% so it plays at normal speed!
This cuts down on the length of video uploaded and bandwidth to upload and download!
