Here's a more refined sketch and some reference pictures.
I've changed his name to 'Diabolus' which is Latin for devil. I was thinking he could be guarding the gates out of the brotherhood or something like that - i can picture a giant ancient door towering over him. Could be nice. As you can see his mouth has been stitched up, just like that scene in the Matrix where neo is being interorgated by the agents. For his waist downwards i think he should dissolve into a flurry of particles. That way i can do that in AE. That reference pic is from Harry Potter 5 and just gives you an idea of how i want it to look.
I'll fill him out and then post again with his paticle legs done.
